Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Terms & Conditions


If ordering multiple products, please ensure you have read the description for delivery and availability. Some items will not be in stock at the point of ordering therefore there may be a delay in dispatching the item as all items in the order will be posted together.

For any items in stock at order, we hope to provide a 5-7 day turnaround to dispatch however delivery times given in descriptions are approximately only and should not be relied upon. 

Due to the level of the current pandemic delays can occur more often and are out of our control. Orders cannot be refunded due to delays as delivery times are for guidance purposes only. 

It is your own responsibility to ensure that you have read the appropriate order details and timescales for posting and refunds will not be given for failing to take this into consideration.

Messages will be replied to as quickly as possible at our earliest convenience.  



Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item is broken, faulty or missing. Any request to return the item will be politely declined after 7 days.
This will not effect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or broken.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we will require a message in advance of returning the item to us so that we can confirm our return address.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Products with signs of use
  • Products that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it meets the above criteria, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It is your responsibility to make sure any return items reach us in the condition they are posted in. If the item is not adequately packaged or sent or received, we cannot be held responsible for this.
